CITSV System Engineer (2

Responsibilities:
- Install,
configure and test principle application in servers or user's system
- Escalate
issues to the principle/vendors and work closely with them to ensure timely
and close-loop resolution
- Lead
support improvement projects to ensure continual improvement in customer
support experience
- Provides
customization to principle applications in order to meet customer
requirements
- Creates
and maintain system documentation and program specifications
- Provides
end user training in application usage

in small scale programming, system design, user training and supervision of
project implementation
