In June 2003, we received the ISO9001:2000 certification, proving that all the initiatives we had undertaken on our journey of excellence had worked exceptionally well. The certification spurred us on to challenge ourselves to rise to even higher standards and to set more new benchmarks in the industry.

These continued efforts resulted in O'Connor's receiving the ISO 9001:2008 certification in June 2009; which we have maintained till today.
